Our creative efficiency is powered by industry-leading project management software. Retainer clients will be set up with an account to efficiently share design files, collaborate, give feedback and approve projects.
Sustainable Fee Structure
We minimise your risk by working month-to-month. Our fees are based on a daily rate (minimum 1 day per week) and we structure those fees to account for busy and quiet periods — If any week requires a fourth or fifth day, the fees for those days are at a reduced rate. Our team are crystal clear and transparent in outlining our workload, ensuring you’re across everything at any given point in time.
Clear Communication
We will send fortnightly summaries to the designated point person from your Team. Having a single point of contact helps us communicate our workload when there are several projects happening simultaneously.
Point Person
You’ll be resourced with your primary project manager for all new and existing projects and any admin-related enquiries. Our Design Team will be sending creative work, strategy and revisions.
